Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 504 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, all FIR named accused persons, including this petitioner, by forming an unlawful assembly, armed with weapons, assaulted the informant and his family members.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners, that due to land dispute petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the present case in counter blast of Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 lodged by the petitioner's side against the informant

He further submits that after investigation, petitioner has submitted final form against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
