JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 43466 of 2015 by this court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 43466 of 2015, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within six weeks but he could not surrender within a period of six weeks as granted by the said order. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1403 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 court below, in connection with the K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 268 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, is further extended for four weeks from today and this applications is, accordingly, allowed with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 43466 of 2015.
