JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction to the respondents to grant the petitioner subsistence allowance for the period from 13-08-2021 till 0810-2021 while the petitioner remained in jail in Majhauliya PS Case No.-476/2019 and also to accept his joining from 02-11-2021 when he joined after getting well after coming out of jail and pay him full salary from 09-10-2021 till date and also to continue taking work from him as not doing so by the respondents is highly illegal arbitrary and discriminatory."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16235 of 2022(2) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
