====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Panchayat Teacher, after investigation of all his educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same has been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner.

No.64301 of 2022(3) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 Moreover, petitioner has already been removed from service, vide letter contained in Memo No. - 08, dated - 08.02.2023, issued by the Panchayat Secretary, Panchayat Teacher Employment Unit, Padrawan, Block and District - Aurangabad (Annexure - 6 to the supplementary affidavit). However, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned Special P.P. for Vigilance Department have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
