2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87120 of 2024 for further extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned District Court.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till 20.10.2025 subject to payment of Rs.1000/- in the account of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63234 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 the Advocates' Association.
