JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, in view of the fact that during pendency of the present writ petition, the services of the petitioner has stood terminated vide order dated 13.06.2018. The petitioner further seeks liberty to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Patna for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case, the petitioner approaches the appellate tribunal, challenging his
