The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 719 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/498A/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the law laid down in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72565 of 2021(7) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 719 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
