JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Additional Director General of Police (Budget, Appeal and Welfare) Bihar, Patna to dispose off the memorial filed by the husband of the petitioner by Post on 27.09.2021, as also by the petitioner on 25.11.2021, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, within a stipulated time frame.

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that the aforesaid memorials filed by the petitioner and her husband shall be disposed off
Patna High Court CWJC No.17459 of 2022(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 within a stipulated time frame, as is directed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Additional Director General of Police (Budget, Appeal and Welfare) Bihar, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid memorial filed by the petitioner on 25.11.2021, in case the same has yet not been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
