1. The present petition has been filed for correcting the depiction of the address of the respondents no.2, 3 and 4 to the extent that the name of the Circle mentioned as 'Mahua' in the order dated 18.07.2024, passed in CWJC No.8368 of 2024, be directed to be read as Circle-Thawe. It is further prayed that wherever Circle 'Mahua' is appearing in the aforesaid order dated 18.07.2024, the same be directed to be read as Circle 'Thawe'. Accordingly, the time granted to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Thawe, District-Gopalganj be also extended by a further period of two weeks from today.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court MJC No.2995 of 2024(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 that on account of inadvertence, the Circle has been wrongly mentioned in the writ petition as 'Mahua' instead of 'Thawe' leading to filing of the present petition for modification of the order dated 18.07.2024, as aforesaid. It is stated that the said mistake be condoned and the above mentioned modification be allowed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that in the aforesaid order dated 18.07.2024, passed in CWJC No.8368 of 2024, wherever the Circle has been mentioned as "Mahua" the same shall be deemed to be read as "Thawe".

4. Consequently, the time granted to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Thawe, District-Gopalganj is extended by a further period of two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 18.07.2024, passed in CWJC No.8368 of 2024.
