This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of Annu Kumari, the minor daughter of the informant. In her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the victim has supported the allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping only and nothing else. Kidnapping simplicitor is a bailable offence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
