The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 562 of 2020 registered under Section s 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, section 307 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submitted that final form has already been submitted in the instant case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application.
