2. Mr. J. K. Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation informs that a clear statement has been made in Para-4 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents - Bihar State Road Transport Corporation that the grievance of the petitioner has

3. Considering the aforesaid information, I find it proper that, in case the petitioner is satisfied and his grievance has been redressed, then there is no cause to keep the writ petition pending. However, the petitioner if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Patna, if he is dissatisfied in any manner. The representation is required to be disposed of well within a period of three months from the date of its filing.

4. The writ petition, stands disposed of.
