This application has been filed seeking quashing of the First Information Report of Dumra Police Station Case No. 235 of 2013, instituted with an allegation that Opposite Party No. 2 had lodged a false criminal case (Dumra Police Station Case No. 09 of 2012) against the informant-Opposite Party No. 2.

I do not find any valid ground from the materials on record and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner for exercising inherent power under Section 482

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47046 of 2013 (3) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the First Information Report itself.

This application accordingly stands dismissed. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have the liberty to raise all such grounds, which have been taken in the present application, as may be available to him, at the appropriate stage of framing of charge or any subsequent stage of trial.
