Patna High Court CWJC No.22828 of 2013 (3) dt.29-09-2015 2/2 that on application being filed by the petitioner with a copy of this order passed today, the Vice Chancellor must ensure that he will communicate to the petitioner the reasons as to why his request for registration for D.Litt degree is not being acted upon or why this registration can not be done.
