This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 381 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners and therefore, he wants to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
