This revision application has been filed for setting aside the Judgment and order dated 26.11.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, in Cr. Appeal (Juvenile) No. 114 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 29.9.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Motihari, in Trial No. 926 of 2015, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner.
In view of the direct allegation, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner, and, hence, the prayer is rejected. The Court below is directed to conclude the enquiry positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party.
