2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62716 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/3 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 323 , 341 , 504 , 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the accused persons named in the FIR including these petitioners forcibly entered into house of the informant and assaulted him and others and also damaged the various household articles.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that this case is the counter blast of Magadh University P . S. Case No. 87 of 2020 which was lodged by one Amati Khan against informant side and in retaliation this false and concocted case has been lodged. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioners. All the injuries are found to be simple in nature by doctor.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J M 1st Class Gaya in connection with Magadh
