2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 302, 364, 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per complaint petition, it is alleged that all the named accused persons, including these petitioners, took away husband of informant who did not return. Thereafter, complainant came to know that all the accused persons, including these petitioners, got executed a sale deed from her husband and thereafter, killed him.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. As a matter of fact, these petitioners were not named in the initial complainant petition and after investigation, police submitted final form showing mistake of fact and later on, a protest petition was filed by the complainant in which these petitioners were named. Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and only on suspicion, they have been made accused in this case without any specific accusation attributed to them. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
