The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 06.08.2021 passed by learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST), Aurangabad in connection with S.Tr. No. 19 of 2016, Tr. No. 120 of 2016 arising out of Haspura P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013 whereby and whereunder he has acquitted the private respondent from the charges levelled against her under Section 354 of the IPC read with Section 3(i) (x) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (SC/ST Act).

3. As per the allegation, the appellant filed criminal case against respondent no. 2, levelling an allegation that respondent no. 2, in the teachers-parents meeting, humiliated the appellant by calling his caste name.

4. Learned court below has discussed the evidences of all the prosecution witnesses at length, and he found that not a single witness has supported the occurrence. The depositions of P.W.-1, P.W.-2, P.W.-3, and P.W.-4 do not support the prosecution case rather, it appears that some altercation took place between the informant and accused Prabha Kumari, Headmaster of Primary School, Fatehpur, regarding the working of the school. None has stated specific words about the humiliation of the informant.

5. I do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the learned Court below. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
