2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 281, 326(1) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 11.06.2025 at about 3 PM, 13 named and 10 unknown persons assaulted informant and his two brothers, as a result of which, all the three persons sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute, scuffle took place between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the fact that allegation of assault is general and omnibus and clean antecedent of petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
