2. Petitioner seeks her regular bail in a case registered under Sections 30(a) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 4.5 litres country made liquor from the house of petitioner, who was apprehended on the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. The alleged recovery has been made from joint house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 20.07.2025 having no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions of the parties and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge VII-cum-Exclusive Special Excise Court II, Lakhisarai in connection with Excise P.S. Case No.438C2 of 2025.
