JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 14-10-2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file suit or to avail appropriate remedy for removal of encroachment from his land.

It appears from the measurement report of the Circle Officer that on some portion of the purchased land of the petitioner, there is a road and the petitioner has also encroached some portion of Plot No.7699 which is existing road. Prayer is allowed.

This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
