====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2025 Heard Mr. Noumaan Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vivekanand Singh, learned State Counsel.

2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order of rejection dated 07.09.2024 (Annexure-P/5) passed in Mutation Case No. 1429 R27/2023-2024 by the Circle Officer, Pandaul whereby and whereunder the mutation application of petitioner regarding land bearing Khata no. 719 Khesra no. 2010 having total area of 63.656 decimals has been rejected without giving any notice or

Patna High Court CWJC No.15078 of 2025(2) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 opportunity to the petitioner for hearing or filing any documents/evidence, which is in complete violation of principles of natural justice;

(ii) a writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the Circle Officer Pandaul (Respondent no.5) to re-consider Mutation Case No. 1429 R27/2023-2024 in the light documents/evidences furnished by petitioner and thereby after considering the same mutate the land in question in the name of petitioner as per law;

(iii) any other relief or reliefs to which petitioners are entitled in the opinion of this Hon'ble High Court in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 4, the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Madhubani for the redressal of the grievance.
