JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the dispute involved is purely civil in nature for which criminal prosecution is not warranted. On account of dispute between the two bank managers, petitioners have been made accused. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

No.27329 of 2017 (5) dt.21-08-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
