The Petitioner is aggrieved with the order dated 28.9.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur, in Matrimonial Case No. 120 of 2010 directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance to the Opposite Party.
Considering the merits of the case, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is dismissed.
The Petitioner is directed to ensure compliance of the order of the Court below, failing which, strict steps shall be taken in its regard.
