The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation against the petitioner, the injury report with regard to the allegation as described against the petitioner has not yet been finalized. He further submits that whatever may be the nature of allegation, admittedly, there was no repetition of blows so as to attract the provisions of Section 307 of the Cr. P.C. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58485 of 2015 (3) dt.06-05-2016 and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 174/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
