This appeal has been filed against the order dated 16.11.2016 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai in Divorce Case No. 132 of 2015, whereby matrimonial suit filed by the appellant on the ground of desertion has been dismissed ex parte.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the withdrawal of this appeal.
