This is an application for bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38(i) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of 80 litres of liquor from the vehicle in which petitioner and other accused persons were traveling.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing has been recovered from their possession and they have falsely been implicated in this case and they have remained in custody for more than two months having no criminal antecedents. Heard learned APP also.

No.37241 of 2017 (4) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Aurangabad, in connection with Jamhore P.S.Case No. 56 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
