The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 12.90 litres of Nepali Saufi wine were recovered from a bag kept in dickey of the motorcycle which was being boarded by two persons including the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.06.2017.
