The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 240 litres of country-made liquor were allegedly recovered from the Bolero vehicle of which the petitioner is said to be the driver. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 20.06.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40542 of 2017(2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Aurangabad in connection with NTPC Khaira P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
