JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 The petitioner has filed the instant contempt revision application for willful disobedience of order dated 17.06.2013 passed in C.W.J.C.No.12064 of 2012. The petitioner retired from a Class III post on 31.5.2011 while working in Bharat Mishra Sanskrit College, Chapra on attaining the age of 62 years. In the writ petition the petitioner has raised grievance that he has not been paid pension, gratuity, earned leave, GPF, L.I.C. proceeds, salary of December, 2010 to May, 2011 as well as difference of salary on account of merger of 50% D.A.

Patna High Court MJC No.5569 of 2013 (5) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 A show cause was filed on behalf of University stating that admitted dues have been paid today. Counsel for the University has produced copy of the order dated 19.11.2016 vide Memo No.2029/ 16, Darbhanga by which some further payment have been ordered to be made to the petitioner against his dues. Counsel for the University asserts this Court that he would hand over copy of the same to the petitioner within a day or two. He would also file a copy of the same for the Court records. Contempt petition is disposed of with liberty that if the petitioner has any further grievance, he may approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
