The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 448, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case and counter case has been filed and both sides have sustained injury. He further submits that after investigation police has submitted final form. Petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2019.

Considering the fact that police has submitted final form, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56572 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 163 of 2016.
