2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant, namely Pappu Alam Govo, made a statement before the police that on June 11, 2023, at 15:30 hours, he and his daughter went to fetch water from the government tubewell, meantime all the accused persons including these petitioners surrounded and assaulted them and their family members. While fleeing away, they also snatched ornaments.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 and informant are own brother and due to quarrel between the children of the two families a scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Injuries caused by the petitioners are simple in nature . Rest of allegations are ornamental in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks

No.64222 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 3/3 from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 185 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
