2. The contempt petition had been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 22.01.2016 passed in LPA No. 1491 of 2012.

3. The direction in the order was to regularize the

Patna High Court MJC No.4194 of 2016(6) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 services of the petitioner. In the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the University, order dated 02.12.2022 has been brought on record by which the service of the petitioner has been regularized.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, nothing further remains in the application and the same stands disposed of.
