The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 498A, 326, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that the prayer for bail of co-accused has been rejected by a coordinate bench of this court.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12-06-2017. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56902 of 2019(4) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 property from husband of the deceased. She has got no concern with the affairs of husband of the deceased. The other coaccused have been granted bail by different benches of this court vide Annexures-3 and 6 to this application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Ist, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No. 122 of 2018 arising out of Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015.
