Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.2.2015 on the allegation that he shot fire on the back of the informant. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of the allegation but the report of the trial court goes to show that still informant, doctor and I.O have not been examined by the prosecution and there is no possibility of conclusion of trial of the petitioner in near future. Moreover, one co-accused Nagar Yadav, having similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge V, Bhagalpur in Sessions trial
