For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Shubhesh Pandey For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Awdhesh Kr.Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.08.2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, cum- Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Begusarai, whereby the prayer for discharge made on behalf of the petitioner from the criminal prosecution registered for offences under Sections 20,22, 25, 25(A) and 29(1) of the N.D.P.S. Act has been rejected. After having heard the parties and taking into consideration the materials available on record, this Court does not any good ground to interfere with the impugned order. The petition seems to be completely misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
