Petitioners are in custody in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019 for the offence under sections 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 379, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel submits that only on suspicion they have been arrested and nothing incriminating has been found against these petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58129 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 case seized from the petitioners are accounted money and not looted money.
The petitioners are in custody since 24.5.2019. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019 subject to the condition that bailors should be neighbours of the petitioners. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
