JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, however, seeks a direction upon the Certificate Officer, Khagaria to consider the objection filed by the petitioner and pass a final order and, in the meantime, he seeks some protection. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Khagaria to consider the objection filed by the petitioner and pass a final order under Section 10 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914. It is further directed that till passing of the final order by the Certificate Officer, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
