ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order/judgment dated 9.9.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, has allowed ex-parte maintenance to the Opposite Party No. 2 in Maintenance case No. 145 of 2010.
It has been submitted that the Opposite Party No. 2 has remarried and, therefore, there is no justification for the Petitioner to pay maintenance to her.
The application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to file such an application in the Court below upon which notices shall be issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 and appropriate order be passed after hearing both the Parties. The Court below shall
