2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
"For issuance of appropriate writ, rule or direction to the respondents authorities to make payment of the compensation amount on the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20328 of 2016(3) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 present market value along with statutory interest as well as compensation for damage of crops due to cutting the soil from the lands of the petitioner which has been taken possession by the respondent authorities without providing the compensation amount as the land of the petitioners have been taken in possession by the respondent authorities without informing the petitioner or completing the acquisition procedure since no amount has been paid for their land and the possession has been taken by the respondent authorities by cutting the soil from their lands destroying the crops standing thereon without providing compensation to the said lands. And This writ application also for grant of relief or reliefs as petitioners are found entitled."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Aditya Narayan Singh-1, submits that they shall be approaching the competent officer / appropriate authority for the redressal of their grievance.
4. Allowing the said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of.
5. If any petition is filed, it is expected that the same will be taken to its logical conclusion at the earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) Shahnawaz/- U
