JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties with reference to the order dated 16.01.2019 passed by the Director, Secondary Education submits that the order of the writ Court has been fully complied with. The writ Court has directed the Director, Secondary Education to consider the case of petitioner and pass fresh order.

Considering the fact that fresh order has been passed on 16.01.2019 no more indulgence is required in the present proceeding it is accordingly dropped and the present application is disposed of. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of the order passed by the Director, Secondary Education dated 16.01.2019
