Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of coaccused in Panapur P.S. Case No.117 of 2014 and after that petitioner was remanded in the present case from the above stated case. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about four cases but except criminal antecedent as well as confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Addl.
