2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 08.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18279 of 2014, whereby the writ petition was disposed of in view of the averments made in paragraph 10 of the counter affidavit that the Board has decided in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18503 of 2009 that in future whenever any

Patna High Court MJC No.3454 of 2019(6) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 regularization/appointment on Class III/IV posts will be made in the Board, the case of the petitioners will also be taken care of.

3. Opposite Party Nos. 4 and 5 have filed the show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 3 it has been stated that the claim of the petitioners for their appointment made through their application dated 25.08.2018 had finally been rejected vide Stha. Pre. 3830 dated 25.11.2019. Copy of the aforesaid order has also been enclosed as Annexure A to the show cause filed by the Opposite Party Nos. 4 and 5.

4. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 08.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18279 of 2014 has been complied with by the Opposite Parties.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
