JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant with dagger and farsa and three injuries were found on the person of the injured. Out of the aforesaid three injuries, only one injury i.e. on the finger of the injured was found grievous in nature whereas rest two injuries were found simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
