2. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73591 of 2018 but the petitioner could not furnish their bail bonds in the prescribed period due to outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic and lock down imposed over the entire country.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner.

4. As prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the time be further extended for four weeks for furnishing the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67887 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 bail bonds/ surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the order dated 22.01.2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
