For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Din Bandhu Mishra For the Respondent/s : Mr. AAG14- K.K. Jha =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-10-2016 The only reason why this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application of the petitioner is that he has not only passed the superannuation age, but also raises a question of discrimination as well as a junior being regularized ignoring his claim, was a decision taken on 03.05.1994, i.e., Annexure-14. Twenty two years have gone past, since such a decision was taken. There is no reason why the Court will entertain an issue of such kind where rights had accrued and had been in place for more than two decades.
Writ application is dismissed on that score alone. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) SKM/- AFR/NAFR N.A.F.R.
