Licence of the petitioner has been cancelled vide Annexure 2 dated 20.12.2007. The aforesaid order was put to challenge in Appeal Case No.8/2007-08 which was disposed of remitting back the matter to the Licensing Authority for taking a fresh decision in accordance with law but unfortunately the matter has remained pending since then as no final decision has been taken by the Licensing Authority.
Accordingly, I direct the respondent no.3, the SubDivisional Officer, Araria to take a final decision in the matter of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from
Patna High Court CWJC No.1045 of 2016 dt.27-04-2016 2 / 2 the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if such decision has already not been taken by him.
This disposes of the writ petition.
