JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 371 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-356, 379, 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27-05-2017. His name has been disclosed by co-accused Rupesh Kumar in his confessional stated who has already been granted bail by learned court below itself.

As per written report, two persons came on bike and snatched golden chain from the neck of the informant. It is mentioned in the impugned order that the petitioner has criminal antecedent. It has been submitted that though the petitioner has been made accused in near about 10 cases, but he has been granted bail in all cases.

The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 371 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Smt. Madhavi Singh, learned Judicial MagistrateIst Class, Patna subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
