2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
(i) For issuance of an appropriate the nature writ in for certiorari quashing of the order dated 22.11. 16 passed by Respondent No. 3 Contained in his Letter No. 484 dated 22.11. 16 Whereby and where under he has been pleased to restrain the petitioner with immediate effect from any Shikarmahi.
(ii) Further for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS Commanding and directing
Patna High Court CWJC No.20549 of 2016(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 the respondent authority to permit the petitioner to make Shikarmahi because he had already vested huge money which has already been accepted by the respondent authority on 12.9.16 and thereafter accordingly Parwana has been issued vide letter No. 404 dated 3.10.16 by which the power of Shikarmahi has been given up to 30.6. 17.
(iii) further for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that it has become infructuous.
